These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the KPhotoFlow Android TV screensaver application.

1. Use of KPhotoFlow

KPhotoFlow allows you to connect a Google Account and select Google Photos albums for Android TV ambient screensaver playback. You can also select local device folders independently for screensaver playback and lock-screen photo rotation.

Google Photos media accessed through the Ambient API is used only for the ambient slideshow experience. KPhotoFlow does not offer an interactive Google Photos gallery or album-browsing grid.

2. Your Google Photos content

You retain your rights to the photos and other content in your Google Photos account. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you select in KPhotoFlow.

3. Google services

KPhotoFlow relies on Google Photos and Google authentication services. Availability or functionality may be affected by changes, limitations, or outages in those services.

KPhotoFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use KPhotoFlow in a way that violates applicable law, Google's applicable policies, or the rights of others.

5. Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue KPhotoFlow or any feature of the application when reasonably necessary.

6. Disclaimer

KPhotoFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
