These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PhotoFlow Android TV screensaver application.

1. Use of PhotoFlow

PhotoFlow allows you to connect a Google Account, select a Google Photos album, synchronize selected media to your Android TV device, and display that media as a screensaver.

2. Your Google Photos content

You retain your rights to the photos and other content in your Google Photos account. You are responsible for having the necessary rights and permissions to use the content you select in PhotoFlow.

3. Google services

PhotoFlow relies on Google Photos and Google authentication services. Availability or functionality may be affected by changes, limitations, or outages in those services.

PhotoFlow is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Google.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PhotoFlow in a way that violates applicable law, Google's applicable policies, or the rights of others.

5. Availability

We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue PhotoFlow or any feature of the application when reasonably necessary.

6. Disclaimer

PhotoFlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by applicable law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
